Why we exist
Every great remodel deserves a great place to begin.
As remodeling contractors, we spent years helping homeowners transform their houses into homes they love — and we noticed the same challenge time and time again. The selection process was overwhelming. Clients were driving all over town, visiting multiple showrooms, trying to coordinate cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and finishes, often without a clear vision of how everything would come together.
We knew there had to be a better way. So we built one place where it all comes together.

Our story
Founded 2026
by Otto & Ashley Delph

The Remodeling Studio began with a shared dream between my husband, Otto, and me. We envisioned a place where homeowners could slow down, feel inspired, and make confident decisions in one beautiful, welcoming environment.
We also saw an opportunity to support the talented contractors and designers in our community by creating a professional showroom they could use to meet with clients, collaborate, and provide an elevated design experience.
That vision became The Remodeling Studio.
Today, it's more than a showroom. It's a collaborative design center where homeowners, contractors, and designers come together to explore curated products, make confident selections, source quality materials, and bring exceptional remodeling projects to life.
